Last week we learned all about the apple. We talked about the different parts of an apple and even got to try a red, green, and yellow apple.
This week we will be talking about all the things that apples make. We will also discuss the difference between apple juice and apple cider. We will continue our discussion about the life cycle of an apple. **Be sure to ask your kiddos about this! They have learned a lot of new vocabulary that I am sure they would love to share.** In the art area we will also be working to paint with apples and discuss the core of the apple (the "star" and five parts - just like the apple blossom).
We introduced the letter "T" this week! We will be reviewing words that start with the "T" as well as how to make it (long "zip" and short "zoom")!
